Subdivision Surveys are carried out to divide land into two or more new parcels of land that can be disposed of separately. Subdivisions can be carried out by way of a Deposited Plan (DP) or a Strata Plan (SP).
Aspect Development and Survey can also prepare Plans of Consolidation (consolidating two or more parcels into one lot), Plans for Easement purposes and Plans of Redefinition.
Furthermore 88B Instruments are required to create any Easements, Restrictions or Positive Covenants to accompany the above mentioned Plans. We can prepare a draft 88B to aid the solicitor in preparing the final 88B instrument.
An easement can also be created by a dealing prepared by a Solicitor.
To accompany the dealing a sketch may be required to show the position of the easement, restrictions or positive covenant. This sketch can be prepared by one of our Registered Surveyors.
